Faq & Policy

"Why does it take so long to receive an order I have placed?"

Everything is made by the two of us (my husband and me) in our shop. We receive a large volume of orders and make everything, to order, in the order in which it was received. We can only work so fast without sacrificing quality. Please know that we are working our hardest to get your order to you in the promised deadline.

Please see our current turnaround times for more detailed information

"Who makes all your products? Do you really make them yourself?"

Everything in our shop is made by my husband and I. We are an active duty military and homeschool family, before all else. We just happen to love making original learning tools for our homeschool community. Because it is just the two of us, it takes time to make all your products, especially when we receive large volumes of orders. We are so thankful for every every one of you. Just know that when you receive one of our products, it was made by very few hands. We like it that way.

We plan to make all your products, by ourselves, as long as we can.

"Do you accept returns or cancellations?"

Due to the nature of our "made to order" products, we do not accept returns or cancellations. We want you to be 100% happy with your order, however. If you receive you order and there is something we have done on our part that we can fix, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We will make it right.

Claims made after 7 days of receiving your order will be considered normal wear and tear.

Package Damage - Products Damaged During Transit

We do our best to package our products in a way that they will arrive safely to your destination. If a product has been mishandled during transit, it is not our fault and completely out of our control. If you receive a damaged product or goods, that was clearly made during transit, please make a claim with the postal carrier. Please be sure to keep all packaging materials when making a claim. Take detailed photos if possible.

What materials and equipment do you use to make your products?

We make and design everything in our shop from stationery, printables, wooden learning tools, t shirts, mugs, key chains, stickers, and more!

Our most used materials are natural, hardwood lumber, followed by grade A plywood.

Our biggest piece of equipment is our CNC mill. It helps us make all of our hardwood trays and learning tools.

Our second most used piece of equipment is our laser. This is what we use to engrave, score, and cut a lot of our plywood, as well as our hardwood products.

I could write pages about the rest of the equipment we use and how we utilize them but I won't bore you with the details. Just know that everything we need to  make your tools is here in our wood shop/studio.
